Summary
Colleen has a problem.
She wants to invite Jeff to her birthday party.
She needs to invite one more boy, but she doesn’t want to invite Bradley. 
She doesn’t like Bradley. She thinks he is a horrible boy. She asks Carla what to do because Carla is good at solving problems. Colleen asks Carla, “Who should I invite to my party?”
Carla can’t help Colleen. Colleen’s parents have to sign a form. They have to say that it’s okay for Carla to give advice to Colleen.
